Ask for help arranging a medical visit. We guide you to the right next step and can step in when a request needs a person.

  • Help deciding which kind of care, which clinic or doctor, and how to book.
  • Staff support for unclear requests or bookings that cannot be finished in self-service.
  • Helpful coordination only — we do not diagnose, treat, provide emergency care, or guarantee appointment availability.

eBooking

Book through a link you receive, then stay updated as iConcierge coordinates your Hong Kong doctor-referral appointment.

  • You receive a link and complete the booking there. Chat alone does not create a booking.
  • After you book, we coordinate the visit — the original time, a different time from the clinic, or a time you suggest.
  • You are told when the appointment is confirmed, changed, or cancelled. Confirmation is sent once the booking is confirmed — choosing a slot is not the final confirmation.
  • You can reschedule or cancel through the same coordinated process.
